Founder, CEO
Mrs. Olubunmi Osuji is a Nigerian entrepreneur, certified life coach, youth development advocate, and purpose-driven leader committed to empowering individuals and transforming communities through mentorship, entrepreneurship, education, and leadership development.
She is the Founder of CFM Initiative (Career, Finance and Marriage Mentorship Initiative), a youth-focused nonprofit organisation dedicated to equipping children, adolescents, and young adults with financial literacy, leadership capacity, employability skills, digital inclusion, entrepreneurship exposure, and life skills needed to thrive in today’s world.
She is also the Co-owner of Springstar Needle-Line Koncept, a garment production and custom sportswear company providing apparel solutions, corporate branding services, promotional wear, school uniforms, and customised sportswear. Through the business, she contributes to job creation, entrepreneurship, and local enterprise development.
In addition, she is the Founder and CEO of B-Top Café, a wellness-focused brand specialising in healthy cakes, confectionery, and nourishing beverages that promote healthier lifestyle choices and wellbeing.
Mrs. Osuji serves as a Board Member of Evanna Empowerment Initiative and remains passionate about youth empowerment, leadership development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community transformation. Through her work across business, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement, she is committed to raising responsible, confident, and purpose-driven individuals
Abimbola Soluade
Board Member & Strategic Advisor, CFM Initiative ‎BSc, MSc, MBA, MCIPM, QMS Lead Auditor, Certified Life Coach
Abimbola Soluade is a Board Member and Strategic Adviser of CFM Initiative, where she provides strategic guidance, governance support, and leadership insight to advance the organization’s mission of empowering young people through mentorship, employability development, financial literacy, leadership development, and life skills education.
‎She is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of IEJ Limited, a consulting and training organization based in Lagos, Nigeria. With a client base that spans across and beyond Nigeria’s borders, Abimbola has established IEJ Limited as a beacon of excellence in the consulting industry.
‎She graduated from the prestigious University of Ibadan in 1995. She earned a Master’s degree from the Universidade Católica San Antonio de Murcia and an MBA in Leadership & Talent Management from the Barcelona Executive Business School. She is a Documentation Expert and a Certified QMS Lead Auditor.
‎Before founding IEJ Limited, Abimbola earned a stellar reputation, working for nearly 20 years as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives across diverse industries. Her previous bosses have praised her exceptional skills, with many considering her the best PA they have ever worked with.
‎A certified Life Coach trained by the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy, Abimbola has positively impacted countless lives through her coaching and mentoring activities. As a committed lifelong learner, she continually invests in personal and professional development, ensuring excellence in every area of her life and work.
‎At CFM Initiative, she contributes her extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, mentorship, training, and strategic planning, helping to strengthen the organization’s capacity, partnerships, and long-term sustainability.
‎Abimbola passionately encourages individuals to leverage their multi-faceted skills while ensuring their home lives remain balanced. She exemplifies this philosophy in her own life, not only thriving in her career but also being a dedicated wife, mother of three children, and grandmother to one grandson. She speaks four languages and is currently learning a fifth.
‎As a way of giving back, she leads the IEJ Mentorship Programme for Career and Business. Since 2017, she has also trained an average of 100 individuals in Vision Boarding pro bono every year. She is a mentor at the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy and at LCCI BEST, where she also served as a Board Member for six years (three consecutive terms).
‎As the Convener of the Doers Tribe, Abimbola supports individuals in achieving their annual goals so they can live happy and meaningful lives. She also dedicates two hours every quarter to training intending couples, preparing them for the journey of marriage.
‎In addition to her corporate success, Abimbola writes songs by inspiration, eleven of which have been released on YouTube and other digital platforms. She finds joy in training and has developed numerous courses including Parent Like a Coach, Etiquettes in Marriage, MindShift, Leadership by Influence, SHOUTLess Parenting, Living Consciously, and many others.

Oluwadamilare Israel
Program Coordinator
Oluwadamilare Israel is an entrepreneur, researcher, author, and ecosystem builder committed to advancing youth development, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic growth. He currently serves as the Program Coordinator at CFM Initiative, where he supports the design and implementation of programs aimed at raising a generation of responsible and purpose-driven young people equipped to make informed decisions in career, finance, and life. Through his work, he helps create learning opportunities, mentorship initiatives, and developmental programs that empower individuals to realize their potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
Beyond his nonprofit leadership, Oluwadamilare is the Founder and CEO of Pagia, a digital self-publishing platform designed to help African authors and publishers publish, distribute, and monetize their work while expanding access to African stories and knowledge globally. He is also the founder of Damisrael Solutions, a business advisory firm that supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through strategy, growth, and capacity-building services, and Damisrael Technologies, a digital development agency that provides website development, digital infrastructure, and technology solutions for organizations and businesses.
As a published author of both fiction and non-fiction works, Oluwadamilare writes on leadership, entrepreneurship, business psychology, and personal development. His published books include The 21st Century Business Psyche and Mastering the Art of Leading Yourself. In addition to his books, he develops research and policy-focused publications exploring entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, startup ecosystems, digital infrastructure, capital markets, and economic development in frontier and emerging economies.
Oluwadamilare also serves as Board Secretary of Together Empowered Inc., a United States-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls of color and communities through education, leadership, and social impact initiatives. Across his professional, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit engagements, he remains committed to building systems that connect people with knowledge, opportunity, technology, and capital, creating pathways for sustainable development and long-term societal impact.

Media & Communications Lead
Michael Osindeinde is a frontend developer, digital communications professional, and technology enthusiast with expertise in web development, digital media, content strategy, and online engagement. He is passionate about leveraging technology and communication tools to help mission-driven organisations amplify their impact, strengthen their visibility, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.
With strong technical proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP, Michael designs and manages responsive digital platforms that transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible experiences. His expertise spans website development, digital content management, brand storytelling, and online community engagement.
As the Media & Communications Lead at CFM Initiative, Michael oversees the organisation’s media strategy, website management, digital content, and online presence. He plays a key role in ensuring that CFM Initiative’s mission, programs, and impact stories are communicated effectively to stakeholders, partners, beneficiaries, and the wider community.

Hassan Opeyemi is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with expertise in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, accounting systems implementation, and organisational administration. He possesses experience working across corporate and nonprofit environments, where he has contributed to sound financial governance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
At CFM Initiative, Hassan provides financial leadership and oversight, ensuring effective stewardship of resources, compliance with financial policies, and accountability in the execution of programs and projects. He is passionate about leveraging financial excellence to support sustainable development initiatives and is committed to advancing CFM Initiative’s mission of guiding young people towards smarter choices through mentorship, financial literacy, employability development, and leadership empowerment.
