About CFM Initiative
Career Finance and Marriage Mentorship Initiative (CFM Initiative) is a youth-focused nonprofit organisation committed to equipping children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5–30) with the knowledge, skills, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive in an increasingly connected and opportunity-driven world.

‎Through a structured, age-responsive development model, the organisation delivers programmes in financial literacy, career development, digital inclusion, leadership development, life skills, employability, and livelihood support. Our approach combines practical learning, mentorship, behavioural development, and community engagement to help young people make informed decisions, improve their economic potential, and build purposeful lives.
