About CFM Initiative
CFM Initiative (Career, Finance and Marriage Mentorship Initiative) is a registered nonprofit organizations. Governed by a Board of Trustees and supported by a growing network of volunteers, mentors, partners, and community stakeholders, we work to equip young people with the knowledge, confidence, values, and opportunities needed to make informed decisions and build successful futures. We are committed to raising a generation of informed, responsible, and purpose-driven young people by providing mentorship, practical education, leadership development, and life-changing opportunities. We believe that every young person has the capacity to succeed when equipped with the right guidance, knowledge, values, and support. Our work is built on a simple but powerful conviction: ”Young people don’t lack potential; they often lack timely guidance.” This belief shapes everything we do. At CFM Initiative, we exist to bridge the gap between potential and purpose by guiding young people toward smarter choices in their education, careers, finances, relationships, leadership, and personal development. Through innovative programmes, strategic partnerships, mentorship, and community engagement, we empower children, teenagers, and young adults to become confident leaders, financially responsible citizens, digitally empowered learners, and positive contributors to society.
